A flashmob recreates Rembrandt’s painting, The Night Watch, in a shopping center in Breda to celebrate the painting’s return to the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. The museum is scheduled to reopen on April 13th following a ten year renovation. The painting, completed in 1642, depicts Captain Frans Banning Cocq and his lieutenant, Willem van Ruytenburch, leading out their city guard, Schutterij.
